NEOBUX

This is the first in my list. Neobux is one of the best PTC sites available today because it never fails to pay affiliates, it has low pay out of $2, $.01 per ad click, good referral earning system. If I were to rate it from 0 to 10 as 10 being the highest, I would rate it 9/10.
